Born at the dawn of 2008 under the name “Compass Networks”, Exaware is, today, home to an industry-redefining Open and Disaggregated Network Operating System (NOS), with more than a decade in the making. What started out as a high-performance proprietary routing solution, which was installed in production networks of Tier-1 Service Providers, is today, a leading, cloud-based NOS in the Open and Disaggregated networking space.
When we identified the turn towards open networking in hyperscale Datacenters, we decided to port our NOS to DNX Broadcom-based equipment and pave the way for high-scale carrier networks. ExaNOS was born.
We’ve built our IP/MPLS NOS from the ground up, reliant on two key drivers – incredible scale and rich feature set.
ExaNOS cloud-based software architecture ensures resilience, seamless growth, coupled with openness to onboard third-party applications, enable Service Providers to innovate and build the smart networks of tomorrow.
