Exaware is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Selling our Carrier Grade Routing Solutions for 2G-3G, LTE, 5G Wireless Operators, and Internet Service Providers. The Regional Sales Manager will be engaged in direct and indirect sales and will be based in Israel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building the Sales Strategy and Tactics and successful execution per the company’s sales targets. The Sales Manager will be reporting to the company Chief Business Officer.

- Responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Mobile, 2G, 3G, LTE, 5G Wireless Operators as well as ISP Providers.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics based on the company objectives and market environment.
- Develop, manage, and nurture new Sales Channels, Distributors, System Integrators, Business Partners and Sales agents to accomplish the sales targets.
- Responsible for in-direct and direct sales processes.
- Exceed annual sales target through the identification and qualification of prospects.
- Develop new leads and opportunities to meet the pipeline requirements.
- Establish a strong market presence within the assigned territory.
- Implement quarterly and annual sales work plans.
- Run a P&L for the region.
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
- 7-10 years’ experience working as a Regional Sales Manager, selling to the Mobile and Internet Service Providers.
- Proven success selling complex telecom systems (hardware or software products) to Tier 1 and 2 3G/LTE, 5G Mobile Operators, and ISPs.
- Successful experience selling software multi-million’s USD deals to telecom service providers [$10M-$20M minimum per year].
- Proven relationship at mid and top levels management within certain Tier 1 and 2 3G/LTE, 5G Mobile Operators, and ISPs.
- Ability to present Exaware solutions to C-level management, technical and business level.
- Solid understanding of networking technologies, telecom network layers and/or network appliances.
- BSc / BA from a known university.
- Fluent English is a must!
- Willing to travel for business purposes as necessary
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills (both written and verbal)
