Exaware has been working for more than a year with Facebook to provide a robust solution for the deployment of 5G networks.
The DCSG solution is a 1RU, fully-featured cell-site router with a wide range of Ethernet connectivity options for client and network sides. It includes IP, L2VPN, L3VPN and MPLS features, as well as timing capabilities as required for the mobile base stations.
The completion of these tests marks an important milestone for Exaware, as it enables mobile operators to take advantage of a TIP-certified solution for the deployment of their 5G networks, using disaggregated cell site routing technologies.
